Even I have work hard day and night, sturaday and Sunday. give hand over each and every member of the team. But they didn't provide and documents and releving letter. ...ing for. Highly recommended for people who want to grow but with your results. Freebies and people who had a mind set of not doing anything or just want to job for passing time or just for salary. This is not the ryt place for you. Dont join. In past 4 years and even in lockdown. Each employee was given increment and bonus and salary always on time and on 1st. Yes there is pressure and will be there. So this feedback should be helpful for those who believe growth comes with cost of hard work and not sitting idle.

No work culture, bad HR practices. I got an offer than when I resigned from my current company, they stop responding. From management to hr all are such an un responsible you never imagine
