Waste Management and worst HR culture.Micro management and harrassment from owner itself. No job satisfaction 12 hours duty feel like 14hour including travelling. Especially quality and production dept is worst.Don't preferred to come here in the name of good reputation in Pharma packaging.In reality opposite to it.

This company resembled a miniature school, offering ample opportunities for learning based on one's position. It is a suitable workplace if you seek substantial work exposure, but not recommended for those seeking long-term job stability.

There was a lot of pressure when it came to work, with excessive interference from management. I noticed a biased treatment among employees, where a particular department received significant support from management, almost resembling an "industrial squad," while other departments were unnecessarily burdened with pressure. There was a lack of independence in working and unnecessary censorship, which compromised the ethical standards. The morale of employees was purposefully downgraded, even for the smallest mistakes, and their self-esteem was not respected. Internal growth opportunities were scarce, and the safety of factory workers was compromised, as numerous injury cases were reported without proper compensation being provided by the company.

No dislikes... Definitely Challenge is there but you can learn from challenges. Management always support if your vision is towards company vision.
