Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

I had a disappointing experience working at MTA AUTOMOTIVESOLUTIONSPVT.LTD. The salary is well below industry standards, and there are minimal raises or bonuses, regardless of performance. Employees are overworked and undervalued, with little to no work-life balance. The work culture is toxic, with management showing favoritism and offering no real growth opportunities. Micromanagement is a huge issue, and employees' concerns are often ignored. There is a lack of transparency, and unrealistic expectations make it a stressful environment. I wouldn’t recommend working here unless you're desperate for a job. There are far better companies that pay fairly and treat employees with respect.
