Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. ...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.its like dream come true. In lockdown company give everything for us thank you msc

They should cut 50 us dollars from every salary of it's all crew and that money 💸 they should give back to crew each after 10 years .

Every two weeks they will crew party for all crew members to spend some valuable time and relax

Dislikes

Once finished contract it’s take long period of time to get next contract so many crew members facing lot of problem in rescheduling once finished contract almost 1year waiting
