I like only work from home culture and nothing

Dislikes

...day. Saturday half day and sunday and public Holiday also you must have to work. No overtime and no good salary. Very slow career geowth. Corporate politics also there. Horrible qork pressure

The company is very supportive and helpful when we are onboard....byt now at this pandemic period there is no help from the company... I am jobless since 1 year now and having a lot of problems....no money no job....have to clear EMI.... At this time company should support us help us by giving credit and later on when we are on board they can deduct it from our salary....

Their is no support by msc during this covid 19 at this time we need little support by msc in terms of salary

Dislikes

We don't have any kind of facilities when we are in vacation At least they should provide basic facility like medical. Career growth is very slow even after training company dosnt consider to change contract
