I am a mechanical draughtsman, but here im warking on an electrical signaling draughtsman. What i draw now is with AUTOCAD softwear. I have now learned something about this signaling.

Now its environment is very bed, System is very bed, a lots of politics in this place, salary is very low,

Very poor working environment. Key positions are held by few persons. After leaving they do not provide u even the experience certificate. It is a contractor based company. They call u for job in its own name but in books u have to work undar a seperate contractor for avoiding several legal obligations.

...out basics site work in my field..Company provides all site allowances on time..There is no salary problem with this company..but, they won't give a permanent role until you work 5 years in same company...

There is no PF and graduavity for less than 5 years experience candidates..They won't give a Salary increment & promotion until 3 years completion..
