most pathetic company i have seen in my career. A company driven by owners no authority to anyone at all. There is no system and colleagues are not supportive. A toxic work culture very annoying to working here.

...ned within a day of hiring and must have a one month notice period when leaving. Withholding salary for four months. Clearance also holds for four months.

PF does not pay as per Government Rules. The PF amount increased by deduction in Net Salary is not paid as per Government Rules

It's four year complete today, in these four i started with lowest designation in the company, i work hard and got promoted with rank traffic assistant in just two years with 30% percent increment. It's a good sign for employees, in MRC i always treat like a family member. There a little bit problem in the branches but, work is always worshipped in every branch.if you are a hard worker,then MRC will never left you.

Timing is not confirmed for duty in MRC , leaves are not allowed before 6-7 months.
