1) On time salary the only thing i like about this company

1) Seniors support is zero #ABM and BM 2) Very Low salary 3) Some times You have to work on straight shifts 12-14 hours shift 4) SM and ASM also works as a SA here 5) No means of Motivation here 6) No work life balance 7) Not provide the manpower you have to work with limited manpower 8) HR policies are also very bad 9) You will never get you week offs and and also not get leaves 10) Not get support from another store in case of emergency 11) very limited staff 12) Always seens pressure from upper management # ABM and #BM 13) This is a company who is taking the work form you of two employee and giving a salary of one employee to a you 14) Some time you have open store alone without any staff

Low salary work load high, govt holiday only show govt act, leaves not provided to manage well, working straight not pay overtime for extra work. Short manpower for workload staffs.

Very very poor work culture. Not getting any support from senior duty time is more then fix timing 12 to 15 hours. Not get any comp off maximum time straight shift in store. Less manpower as per requirement

Att My Time Store Manager Is Very Supportive. I Learnt So Many Commands In Excel. Such Of Time I Manged The Floor With The Help Of My Manager Instructions.
