They hire employes but did not tranfer them to project and if did then due to cost cutting you got into the bench as client also take away the project from themselves and also they told they will not leave you but soon after that they told to find job opportunity external as well so my recomoddation for you to go for any compnay but not this one at any cost

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

Nothing about company but I don't like my shift timing.

Flexible work hours. Salary is market standard.

Dislikes

1) Management is incompetent. Neither can they help the engineers technically nor can they manage the project. Basically, managers don't care to keep regular updates of the ongoing projects. If something goes wrong then the entire blame is pinned on the engineers. 2) Pune-Chennai tussle. They have three branches across India. Pune, Bangalore and Chennai. And the Pune and the Chennai branch are always at loggerheads to get a project. The management fight between themselves and most of the time all the development projects are taken away in Chennai and the Pune location is left away with menial manual QA work or sometimes automation QA work. I have no knowledge about the Bangalore branch. 3) Rampant backscratching. Management is extremely partial to some of the staffs.

...ity only short term projects which they can fulfill with contract employees but they recruit permanent employees with good pay and will throw out once project over

To be frank there are no such likable things within msys except for certain factors such as 1. work life balance 2.Hybrid work culture 3.Diwali Bonus 😂

Dislikes

-No projects and forcefully terminating the employees -Mangement use excellent retention skills to hold the employees and give false promises to retain but never keep up the promises. Infact they dont even care about the employee and more over accuse the employee with “Poor Performance “ -unskilled HR - Terminate employee due to lack of projects and dont even give enough time to leave
