There is a lot to learn but your time here will be difficult as they will expect you to work 24X7 and not treat you like a human. You can forget about having a personal life as they will make you dedicate yourself completely to the company and call you on your personal number on your personal time (weekends, after working hours, midnight). Any concerns you raise regarding this will be taken personally and you will be targeted then on.

Dislikes

The HR Diana Martin has personally made everyone work in the office even though one of the employees had covid and made him sit there as well. Note that the company does not offer any type of insurance. You get a pay cut if you take a day off in probation, alternatively you sit and work while putting your colleague's health as risk as well. She does not take action on the employees grievances nor approaches her superiors for approval on solutions to any issues. There is no one else to approach since the whole management sits in Dubai. There is no transparency. To know more, join the company. You will see how low everyone can fall.
