Nothing to highlight as a dislike but minor area to focus is extending cabs for all employees, considering metro is available at the door step but a good to have option.

I dislike joining this organisation. It spoiled my career completely . I request the ones who are planning to join this company to find different opportunity and please don’t join mouser and spoil your career. Micromanaging at it’s peak .. we can also use the term nanomanagement.

This is for TTI OPEARTIONS- Mouser Electronics and NOT for Mouser electronics. There is nothing to love about this company, if anyone wants to downgrade in their career, they should join this company. Management is pathetic… “You die but you should go to office”.

The work hours are flexible . There is no strict rules about work from office.

Dislikes

No job security . There are accounts that literally have no job security even though the employees do their best. Also , while hiring they take 4 rounds but they don’t know how longer the employee would stay with the company as they terminate left right centre.
