Micromanagement at its pick, next level monitoring, expect you to act like machine, so bad, HR they are so arrogant, too much interference, bad people, weird expectations, you can't even take breaks by your timming feels like school, too weird, if you are working in good culture company then please don't go here. as a new joiner they don't even make you feel comfortable. Just burdon with their expectations from day one. Toxicity at its peak.

Easy to reach location, in the heart of the city. A well-connected place. The early years were fulfilling, the work environment felt collaborative, and it genuinely seemed like the company cared about its people. There were good learning opportunities and exposure to global teams, especially from the US office. A sense of pride existed in being part of a company that, at one point, claimed to stand by its employees no matter what.

For years, senior leaders - especially those visiting from the Mansfield, Texas office - would proudly say, “We’ve never laid off anyone, even during the 2008 recession.” That message was repeated often and gave many of us a sense of long-term security. Sadly, it proved to be just talk. In January 2025, nearly 700 employees were laid off across global offices with no prior communication, leaving many blindsided. During COVID, the company aggressively expanded, tripling the Bangalore headcount from around 300 to 900. Looking back, this feels like poor, reactionary planning with no long-term vision. Leadership in India lacks autonomy and accountability. They rarely push back on decisions from the US, and employees here often bear the brunt of unrealistic demands without fair compensation or proper support. Over the past few months, the company has seen growing instability - senior roles being abruptly terminated, allegations of mismanagement, and a toxic environment that has replaced what once felt like a stable workplace. Advice for management- Grow some spine. Stand up for your teams - especially the ones who’ve shown up, believed in you, and built their lives around this job. Stop making false claims about being layoff-proof. People remember. Set realistic goals instead of shifting the burden of poor planning onto your employees. And most importantly, lead with integrity. Be transparent, be accountable, and stop making promises you can’t keep. You owe it to your employees -past, present, and future - to lead with integrity.
