Nothing to highlight as a dislike but minor area to focus is extending cabs for all employees, considering metro is available at the door step but a good to have option.

Guru's leadership

Everything was going well until Sawan Sharma took over as Senior Manager, followed by the completely incompetent Sairam as Manager and the utterly ineffective Team Lead, Madhu. Since then, the workplace has become toxic, with a lack of empathy, professionalism, and fairness. They have implemented a ridiculous worklog system where, no matter how sincerely we work for 8 hours, we are still rated as "Needs Improvement" or barely "Effective." This system disregards employees' efforts, health conditions, or personal situations, forcing us to meet unrealistic productivity expectations. Management operates with blatant favoritism, supporting only a select few while neglecting and demotivating the rest of the team. They don’t hesitate to fire employees if anyone dares to raise a concern against them, making job security non-existent. The work culture has turned into a dictatorship where employees live in constant fear of losing their jobs for speaking the truth. It is deeply saddening that we lost our humble and supportive manager, Mr. Gururaj Pawar, who was one of the few good leaders who truly cared about employees. To make matters worse, even pregnant women are forced to come to the office, completely ignoring medical conditions and ethical standards. Employees are treated as machines, with zero concern for their well-being, mental health, or work-life balance. The toxic environment has led to stress, anxiety, and a decline in morale, yet management remains indifferent. I strongly urge higher management to take serious action before this workplace turns into a complete disaster. This is not just my opinion—many employees feel the same but are afraid to speak up due to fear of retaliation. If this continues, the company will lose dedicated and hardworking employees who deserve a better and fairer work culture.

Mr. Sawan sharma is one of the best managers I have seen & he is very supportive. All the negative comments about Mr. Sawan Sharma are fake and are intended to damage his reputation in TTI. He is the main driving force behind TTI GRC's growth in India.

The office was great until 2023 but after that everything started to fall apart! Sawan Sharma was promoted to Senior Manager 2 and ever since he's been firing people who actually support the employees and promoting who are just blindly following his ideology. Team outings were canceled due to "budget constraints" yet stakeholders from higher management keep visiting the office. Let's break down the expenses: Frank keep visiting us often and he travels in business class A round-trip business class flight costs ₹3,76,343. He stays 5-star hotel. Cost of his stay is ₹20,000 per night for 2 weeks that comes to ₹280,000. Then there's food—₹2,500 * 3 times * 14 days that’s another ₹105,000. What’s the purpose of all these visits? I have no idea. So, the total expense just for one person comes to around ₹8,00,000, and let's not forget there is always a +1 or sometimes + 4 additional people he brings along. That sums the total up to around ₹16,00,000 to 32,00,000 And yet team outing is cancelled due to budget constraints. What will be the maximum budget for team outing ₹1-2 lakh? is it difficult for the company to handle? Do you see the problem here? If you genuinely cared about your employees you could have skipped just one of these trips and allocated that budget to the team. That’s how a true leader would act. Now, let’s talk about the appraisal. This year we were told there would be no appraisal due to "no business." But I’m still working the same volume of tasks. If there’s no business why am I getting more work than the previous year? What's the truth? You fired so many people—what did you do with the money? Used it as toilet paper? Let’s talk about fairness for a moment. In Texas the minimum wage is $7.25 per hour. For 1 hour of work an employee there gets paid ₹616.25. Meanwhile I work 8-9 hours straight and get paid just ₹942.92. How is this fair? How is this right? This disparity is beyond frustrating! Who do we blame for this? We work our a**** off for the company's success and in return we are not even getting the bare minimum. Everyone has their own commitments. Every employee was eagerly waiting for this appraisal not for luxury but for the basic financial relief. I’ve been living on just ₹1,000 after all my expenses, and if I had received an extra ₹2,000 - 4000 in this appraisal that would have been a huge relief. That would have given me a total of ₹3,000 - 5000 to breathe . When it comes to employee wellbeing it’s clear that no matter what we are forced to come to the office. Even if a doctor tells me not to travel it’s not management's problem. management tells me to get a second opinion, third opinion and even after all that I won’t be allowed to work from home for more than a week. Anything beyond that I need to apply for leave. Why should i do that when i can work from home and use my leave for another purpose Management is not understanding the underlying reason I got a back problem from working my a**off for this company. My a** print is on that chair that’s how much I’ve worked. If you can’t even see that what’s the point of pointing it out? I’m bringing up these issues because I want to see changes. I want things to be fixed around me To any higher-ups who genuinely care about the growth of this company, please take action before it’s too late. And I almost forgot new hires or freshers from college are getting paid more than employees with 7-8 years of experience, who have been with the company for 3-4 years. This is demotivating and unfair from their perspective. These employees are still hoping for change, still holding on to the hope that their situation will improve. Don’t crush that hope. Please!
