Nothing to highlight as a dislike but minor area to focus is extending cabs for all employees, considering metro is available at the door step but a good to have option.

They should seriously work to enhance their process and should seriously start valuing the hard work employees are doing. Few teams are just having no work life balance and they have no structure and plan to manage the work load. In that scenario of any escalation comes, they don't even have the guts to resolve the issue and support the employee on that phase.

The work hours are flexible . There is no strict rules about work from office.

No job security . There are accounts that literally have no job security even though the employees do their best. Also , while hiring they take 4 rounds but they don’t know how longer the employee would stay with the company as they terminate left right centre.

This is for TTI OPEARTIONS- Mouser Electronics and NOT for Mouser electronics. There is nothing to love about this company, if anyone wants to downgrade in their career, they should join this company. Management is pathetic… “You die but you should go to office”.
