I like such things in This company Salary very good,No passport holding,No cut 3months salary,House is good, Company provide,transport,Lunch allowance etc. everything is ok.

Dislikes

I dislikes things. Company poor management. They want catch big fish atleast they hook small fish. But they just hook in empty hook in fish rod. I mean the company owner said earn first spend second. How could is possible.

You can join the company. Management is very nice but be secured in salary part. HR will never be response on salary or HR issues. They will not response after joining and will received salary past 6 months and HR team will not give reply us which is like fish market.

Indecency HR team. Never responded to mails.

There are no leaders, no one says anything if something wrong is happening in front of them. They believe that they are buying people and once employees arrive they just start taking advantage.

No Appraisals at all even through all KPI parameters are above average.. HR is not at all supportive and will never reply to an email related to this.. Employee signed Contact is not followed.. It's not corporate company it's actually a corrupt company just ran by owner and few of his so called high table esteemed team members who will never give logic and only support their community people.. Toxic work culture and all senior staff is abusive. The contract will seem attractive till the time you reach the work location. HR will not give anything in written or email..
