If you received salary from kota thats a good point. Salary credited on time but other franchise centre should delay salary every month.

No job security. Company policies are very bad. No bonous no increment, no holidays .even though make pressure on the faculties.

It's just for beginners. If you are experienced do not join motion as they will not offer the package that you deserve. Also there is no job security you can be terminated over phone call without any prior notice.

...n education in kota is not bad but frenchies of motion in chhattisgarh is worst.they didnt pay full salary and treat with employees very badly.they are destroying the name and fame of head office.

I was at the branch of Motion Kathua. They did not give my money. They as well as motion kota were unable to pay my money.

There is no support for teachers from kota centre whether teachers is being payed well or not. Only through meetings, personel from kota try to creat pressor for performance. But, they forget that performance would be good if teacher would be satisfied. I mean to say teacher should be payed well whatever commitments have been done.

Unprofessional and inexperienced Management. Late Salary disbursement. No incentive pay, although promised at the time of interview. Inexperienced and mis behaving Management specially at Howrah & other branches ,West Bengal
