Food Cab facilities Work culture One person spoiling whole mother son unit from his low level talk unprofessional talk and not allowing to grow others. He is just supporting for Production team. He is not treating every one is one team. Dominating others by creating nonsense. Otherwise company will be good for working.

No MNC culture, No proper training No support from senior management No proper R &R Leaving on time is not at all possible. Very worst culture in MSEW CHN.

... time and don’t let leave you after your working hours + 4-5hrs extra. If any of the guy is belongs to technical field I recommend you don’t go there they give you a fair amount or expected salary but you will regret everyday for joining Motherson. Nobody gonna listen to neither your seniors nor juniors. Also juniors are involved in political activities with their seniors.

There is no work life balance in this company you have to go to the office in odd timings. You don't have the privilege to control your duty timings. You may be called at any time to attend your duty. Sometimes it may get 12 hours and sometimes it get 16 hours a Day. There's no work satisfaction in this company. Culture is very worse and the food they provide is not good
