...is scenario is day dreaming how to get NAAC approval since the last 2 years. 4. Forget about salary. It's pure luck if you get it. It's a high school type university. Students???? Everyday classrooms will be completely vacant citing the excuses that students need to do a mammoth job by crossing the border. So they don't show up. But surprisingly they're turning up 100% at DJ night. Do I have to say anything more? Yes. A white color bus which will ferry all the staff on paid basis, but hardly you will get a seat from city to 15 kms. away, the campus. Postal: The only post office is 18 kms. away from the campus, in Bhagwanpur. So count your days, for your shipment to come in the campus. It will travel the entire state before coming to the campus.

1. you dont know when will you receive salary there in two, three or may four not concern for employee . 2. No person sitting at top is well educated so, never expect any motivation strategy, employee satisfaction will be there. they got job as they are the relative of chairperson of the college. 3. No job security there. 4. no value to you time be given you can be asked to stay late in college without any overtime, but they will deduct your half day salary even if you ae 5 minute late. 5. No timely increment, promotion on fair basis; only their favorite employees get this facility

I got very bad experience with Motherhood University. Motherhood University not giving any support through covid 19 lockdown. They grabbed 8 months salary in covid 19 lockdown.

No future and no salary growth in Motherhood University. Motherhood University grabbing employees money and future continuously.
