Previous Work environment, it was chill and open environment. Where everyone use to sit together. And during Friday evening there use to be party with snacks n beer. No time to enter or leave office everything depends on ur work. Some of the people working here comes from MNCs. But based on project manager might be sometimes cocky.. else it’s great company.

Dislikes

Moonraft changed its working culture. I used to miss the old Moonraft culture where we didn’t have any restrictions, managers were very supportive and cool. Before Covid only work from home culture was there. I took 3 months wfh but it was genuine reason. Now the working culture have changed. Managers now very much pointing.

Likes

Work-life balance is good. Every Friday feels like a weekend after lunch they provide beer and snacks. Company culture is good. The work environment is a good and secured job. You can do work from home also for 2-3 days in a week.

Dislikes

You'll learn new things but unnecessary pressure always on your head to complete the task. Teammate bonding is very bad. TL is not supportive in many cases. they only not aware of the things but expecting you to finish task ASAP.

Likes

Everything. Its an awesome institution to work on as it respects its employees and take care of their needs. Everyone is helpful. It has fun time and every Friday its a time to meet other employees and spend time with them. Its even better as you will have beer and snacks to chill out.

Dislikes

Till date, I couldn't find a single thing which I don't like. I had issue with washroom which is also corrected now.
