It's been a learning working in this organisation as it helped in being a part of a start up and managing it from scratch and at the same time helped understand deceptive measures and politics an employee has to live with an employer when the employer gets on to use evading measures and tries to deceit it's employee's.Overall as an employee you must be ready for any such situation to arise in your career at any point.

Dislikes

It's been a learning working there for even an experienced employee like me as I believe there's no dislike else it's experiences though the only thing to be disliked for this organisation would be their appraoch to stock on employee money using deceptive measure when he/she is leaving job or when they realize your role is not required for them.
