The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts Latest Technology. The Team I had Work with posses good knowledge of the work and they come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the Employee Re Hire Policy.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow and steady. the Work Presuure is very very high.

I joined the company in the 2012 after all India level written exam and GD, PI. During the recruitment process, they offered a good package but after joining everything changed against the employee. Management of the company is dependent upon the outsourcing and it was a pathetic experience.

My working experience is good at MIEL. There was good promotion stages, good Rules and Regulations and good administration.

Dislikes

Only 1 or 2 dislikes. Mainly business wise some proper delays. Business development problems. No more dislikes.
