This organization traps candidates by giving them yearly bonus but they make the work culture so unbearable and toxic that one can never reach to avail those benefits. All of the positive reviews written here are not at all trust worthy. The viewers are requested to treat this review as the utmost honest one. Money tor can kick anyone out anytime, you can ne devalued anytime. This is a place where your colleagues will never make you feel good. They all are also very unprofessional and unethical. They can never reach out to know your side of the story in case of misconduct. They only trust their butterers as their source and roll out termination letters. Besides, even if I a guy is talented, They never fails to deliberately cancel and reject a candidate's candidature who is a minority.

Good management, friendly nature , salary will be deducted in time every month 30th .

Dislikes

Salary will not be hiked in every 6months. How much hard work you have done and given 1lakh payment every month warning list is called red line and it will be removed in the job which is a negative idea in any company.

There is nothing to like. There is no managment there. Company's owner uses abusive words to all employee and their family members too.

Hire and Fire at will. No Job security. No HR to set policies. High Level of miss management and discoordination in the team. Worst Management team. Many people in this company are skilled less. Simple wasting money on them.
