Salary in good only but no job security in 5 year single sales person not completed there 1 year

Don't go in sales profile they don't have direct payin payout option, They lunch new application but not providing single dealer to any branch and will not provide Sales team have open account from market and generate the revenue it self. No branch support.

Working with Monarch has been an incredible experience so far. The management and leadership team truly values its people and gives them the space to take ownership of tasks. they have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, which makes one push their limits & contribute in ways that create real impact. The work culture is very collaborative with freedom to experiment , learn, and grow, making each day exciting. Special mention to HR for actively ensuring a great work life balance. They organize recreational activities on a regular basis, helping us unwind and bond as a team. i really look forward to go to work everyday :)

If you likes insulting on time to time by finding mistakes only from your good work. They give party, financial help, ESOPs , tickets for program/ live concerts etc

Strict timing Monitoring your movement thru cctv , security guard and someone spy employees.

This is the organization where you will find only Lala Culture. Gaurav Bhandari is just like a Peon. In this organization whatever designation you want, you can get....no work culture.

No work culture and environment. Company has not been able to established its brand in last 35 yrs. No credibility of management.
