...t with 1 Lac rupees of fixed deposit we need to give to the company is too much. The inoitial salary is very less and after 3 years also you will be paid around 3 LPA. With less salary & hikes, daily minimum 2 hrs of over time will be there (work nature) you would obviously have job security but be ready loose hopes on growth (financial & technical). If you are a friend to the manager only then you will survive. Even if you work hard like you were born to do it, one mistake in your work will decide your next year appraisal. They will only talk about that one mistake or even if you are a part of it. Some of the seniors are very good at dragging you into the mistake and escaping. There is no HR policy that will benifit you. All policies will help the company only. Even for a couple of days of leave of also you need to request and wait for the permission. The company is always working hard towards finding different ways to keep LOP (loss of pay) to the employee. During pandemic time, there was no difference in production, we even worked more than before (Work from office then go to home & connect via VPN) still the company deducted 3 months of arrears ( around Rs 16000 /- on a 2 yrs experienced employee). Some employees were given appraisals without any review (how on earth is that possible). There is no work-life-balance if you work in Moldtek. On an avg, you will be working a minimum of 12 hours. The managers will always check your in/out timings and sit on ypur heads. Even when the work is complated in time, they will ask you about in/out timings & break/lunch timings.My friend eats with a clock watch on. And not sure that you will be having holidays on weekends. We worked on Saturdays for 6 months in 2020. For each and evrything you need to keep a requesting mail to which you wont be getting any reply ofcourse or the standard HR reply "we will look into it / we'll take it to the concerned dept."

... is there. Career growth- please dont think about it while you are in Moldtek. Salary/appraisal- after recieving hike you will be like "are you kidding me". Travel- they dont care how you come to office. Politics- at high level, new people cant survive so easily. Learning- depends on Political mentioned above Innovation (LOL)-from date of joining to retirement there will be standard work. Work-life-balance:- being a Moldtek employee, say goodbye to it

job security. upscounting will be more and so project handling is tough. Salary holding is mandatory.

Politics. Salary deductions are more & can not get back. While releiving. will not be paid the salary even we serviced for notice period.

Moldtek is a very good platform for those who want to become a Good tool maker, Tool Room engineer , Design engineer, Production and quality engineer......here all the staffs are qualified and helping nature.....in this Company you learn lots of things from seniors , I recommend New comers to join moldtek and working with us.......

Nothing here is good. No proper management of work. No trust on employees. Nothing is worth liking

Work culture is not good. Company doesn't care about its employees and their families. They just want to make money at any cost.

Job Security. they wont fire whether you are not going to leave.. But the environment will tell you to leave if you are good learner and to archive something.

Working like a Robot. Only Experience people they valued. Knowledge doesn't work here.
