I felt wonderful journey with modern school. Modern school management is excellent.why because the way of triting employees very nice and they always encouraging employees to do work with in a time.if a employees make a mistake in that situation they rectify employees mistakes they always support to me to do good things. And if the management take a any decision at particular event they decide a decision after concern the each and every empolyee's opinion . I felt satisfaction in remuneration . Performance appraisal well in this school. The most important thing I fond in this school is " they provided quality education and they collect less fees from parents compared to other private school and they provided fee education to some poor students.

Dislikes

Less remuneration but they gave salary in time.
