Training the offshore staff as onshore could not obtain suitable people in Brazil.

Dislikes

The incompetence of onshore engineers and shore base managers.The build of new FPSO Vessels poor.The inability of Modec Brazil to make any profit for last 10 years shows incompetence Senior management onshore.
