Company benefits and work atmosphere are good . We have transport facility , canteen facility with minimal rates , monthly or quarterly budget for team get together .

...ger torchere to work more than 9 hours a day also expected to work on weekends . Less salary is paid in comparison of work they expect from us to do . Managers doesn't understands where situations like person is on SL or family member is sick . Expects you to work and not take a single SL or leaves not allowed to take in a bulk like a week. You have to split your leaves in 2,3 days then take . There are situations like people's entire yearly leaves are carry forward and lapse coz manager doesn't approve to take leave . Most frustrating Job . Do not apply ever . Instead go for other companies

Work environment is gender biased. Managers especially Male managers are only interested in making the female workers happy and giving promotions at the cost of other deserving Male candidates

Dislikes

...known. Everything is biased towards females encouraged by the feminist HR GROUP. If you are male be happy with the salary you get and forget about rewards recognition and promotion

Work stress, not employee centric , no employee retention efforts, less salary, poor work culture, don't get help when needed. Managers are very casual, no regular one to one sessions for growth. No class room trainings available. No Hr available. Don't know the details. No Hr interaction with employees. No transparency..

Thw work environment and the culture is just fantastic also the initiative company takes for the poor people like running varios camps and stuff. Company looks after each and every employee. Best company to work.

...me. There are fee departments which are amazing and the rest are not that great. Like if you are in operation I would say you are not in that good spot due to the salary being low and also fresher get good hike but the experienced people do suffer alot. Like if you are coming from an experienced Background its better if you get the initial good hike. Later you won’t get that much appraisal.

Pay and benifits are good. Some management people are nice and helpful. Join if you are ok with working on legacy,unclear and zero work saticedaction projects (specifically java guys,but more or less same with all other roles).

Worst culture 0 management 0 growth 0 learning 0 process 0 discipline Legacy technologies Unclear agendas of management. Do not join if you want to learn new things and grow in your career.
