Horrible pay structure,application of unnecessary pressure,unnecessary salary deductions from employees,illogical decisions,absence of factory license,no medical facilities for field staffs,absence of job security,and many more.

One good thing on time salary only.

Dislikes

There is nothing good in this company. There is no new learning, the same thing is happening. There is nothing to improve yourself. The company's management is useless. 2-3 people in the company's management do whatever they want. They do not do any work themselves, they put pressure on the rest of the employees to cover up the mistakes.

It is a very good & helpful company. So I have been more gained my carrier with learn and skilled development.

...es system on each & every employees. But when their own target can't achieve... Then directly deduction from salary... Not deduct the incentive amount.

Nothing to do in this company, so please don't spoil anyone's future.

They told that there is lot of technical knowledge we can learn from this company, but the reality ia there is nothig to learn. You have to do the energy sales which is 10 times costlier than the conventional energy. There is nothing to learn about technology.

I am the only responsible person for these 4 plant technical, non technical both.

Only bad think is this is a target base company. If you are not able to achieve the target then that ammount will be deduct from cluster manger's & project officer's salary.
