Everything .no culture can implement anything any product and terminate any one without notice and mail Worst books They will force you collect previous payment pending to distributor whi will be having issue from company Deduction of TA DA without any notice will not pay you anything if you visit to office after completing meeting Worst part they can demote anyone

Nothing to like about this company as they can hold the salary at any time,there T.A ,D.A policy is next to impossible ie 7 hours school working if not done 5 hours of it they will make you absent.

1. They can hold your salary at any time. 2. 7 hours school working for claiming T.A, DA 3. If you are in sales you have no value and they treat you like a uneducated labour. 4. They can give you notice at any time. 5. The policy the make is just for exploiting sales person.

Paying salary and expenses on time is very helpful for the owner employee of the company

By counting the expenses in wrong way how many hours and minutes no one knows how much time will be spent in school and also by taking wrong decisions in the company from out of trade people who are not aware of the book trade

... doing well .Politics is at peak. After covid company environment became worst . There are no policies, company every months changed thier policies to deduct your salary . Parialiatiom at peak no policies regarding your salary , i suffered lot here that's why i quit my job

Company management very worst no hierarchy to solve your problem, if you raise your problem your job in trouble.
