I worked in purchase department. It was very horrible and worst culture in purchase department to work here. Hence i left within 6 months. Purchase manager (Mahadev prasad) and NPD manager (Prashant) both are waste as they are thinking they only knows entire industry. Instead of doing work, they will always do chit chat and pointing out you and blaming simply. GET's don't join here under purchase. Mahadev prasad never let you to grow and complaining on you to management bcoz of his poor management skills.

To learn is a great place .to work on your own is a great place .don’t expect the MNC culture by looking at the company name .

Fixed working hrs , 6 days week . Employee motivation is on lower side .

I am grateful to working in mitsubishi.At 2015 I was an opportunity to visit Japan motherplant I learned many things and got technical training period of 2month and adopted somany things in our working area.

Located in a beautiful city at Karnataka : Mysore. Effective and efficient feedback on every technical queries provided by Japanese techno-carts residing at India. Encouraging team-mates. Overall a good place to start with..

Did not really experience the essence of a position where I could lead. MHI_VST is still working with the engines which are 3 decades older compared to latest technologies available in market
