Everytime u get calls from customer .no proper channel for customer to reduce ur pressure .smart work culture and methods are lacking. Growth is very slow . Salary is very low compared to your experience and being faithful employee . Very high rise in price recently with unclear justification to customer.

...ecurity is very good in this company as observed by many during this pandemic Where not even a single person experienced laying off or salary deduction Work culture is very good Management is supportive and if you’re a hard working employee then you will enjoy working here. Company policies are very good but need a revision as compared to the competition.

There is nothing to dislike about the company. Salary is decent but career growth is slow also some policies like conveyance and outstation travel needs revision

Extreme level of cost cutting company runs only for its profit, doesn't take care of it employees, which remains empty. Worst company which can ask you to resign in name of cost cutting

Low mindset of colleagues, extreme level of cost cutting, management is pathetic

-Worst management -All top levels are old school uncles without any professionalism who think they are giving us free salary -least salary. Even construction workers would have better life than here
