My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

The only thing I like about MITRA Agro Equipments is that working hours are so flexible that you may go to office at 10 pm and even though no late coming is marked. Also they provide 30 day leave and 12-15 day paid leave.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Plant is so non technical that even he doesnt know how department function works and what are the protocols for responsible department person. Also plat head Kamlesh Nemade is so irresponsible for his made commitment that on time he deny about his own commitment. Also plant head is relative oriented and give importance to only relative person ( blood relation) I personally suggest to not join the company who is having good technical background.
