...nk of the employees that they are having family and they are working for family.Head managers think that they are giving salary from their own pocket and for old employees wfh nd hybrid they providing but not for new joinees this is partiality.if for evryone they provide hybrid for old and new means it will be good 👍 with partiality.

No proper Exit formality No recognistion Hold 1month salary and returns with less settlement after 4 months from the exit date Ignores calls and emails when we requested any info No professional at all Simply running company

Satisfied with various learning oppurtunities and quality maintanence policies. Happy with work-life balance Good company for women employees No partialities for gender. Giving equal oppurtunities for both gender and selecting for promotion only based on knowledge and eligibility, experience and fitness to work

Not giving importance to well-qualified employees in salary increment comparing to newbies Will not ask long worked, flexible and best employees to stay longer with extra salary. Just let those experienced employees if they resigned.

There is no job security My TL always threats to refer back to HR when you not complete the daily targets it's been pressure so I put my papers even in notice period they say you'll do more than your target it's really pressurized me.🥲🥲
