Very insecure to work as a contract employee. More than a year's salary is still pending. It's horrible to work without salary for such a long time. During pandemic, as the source of income has been cut off, my family is almost starve to death due to absolute bankruptcy.

As a dist engg i the CLTC staff , the main roll is section houses for below proverty line(BPL) holder ..My project name is PRADHAN MANTRI AWAS YOJANA.in which as a civil engg i construct nearly 257 house in 1st phase DPR. total 657 of houses is going to be construct in 2nd phase..

I have good experience to work in rural empowerment, communication skills development, water harvesting, livelihood, fanincial including, capacity building strstage , sustenanable activities and many more work experience increase

During that period, I learned to interact with people, team building, business ideas, Communication skills, training, behaviour.

Dislikes

I disagree with the company rules. Lack of teamwork, work pressures, no proper benefits for employees, lack of seriousness in the workplace.

Work enviorment is very poor.Management is not supported Covid-19 lockdown period.But all employee working for lockdown period.

Dislikes

salary is very poor but career growth is dark.Annual salary increase of basic pay 4% DA is not given.
