Dislikes

Government has been basically run by arrogant and dishonest officers. A person who is just registrar of the tribunal, having basic salary of around 90000 per month, but maintains Mercedes E class and levish lifestyle who went for Europe Tour for 3 weeks with family. And other honest officer has been sacked by way of invoking Rule 56J only on the instance of that corrupt person.

Poor management Excessive office politics No benefit except fixed salary No appreciation of your hard work Expects to work 24*7*365 like a slave Department is full of reservation category people so most of them don't work

Not at all, I feel secure there. Only the boss has good views about me. But there are no career growth. In case, I get a better chance I would surely switch this job

The salary matter, the job security, the timing, the work culture etc. lots of things are mixed in it.

The fact that it creates the enabling environment to learn, unlearn and to relearn vital stuff shaping the economy as a whole.

...on and how staff are allowed to meaningfully form part of integral part of work. The lack of a proper functioning HR system, poor salary, inadequate insensitive, coupled with the existing poor system makes working as a staff at the Ministry a difficult one. To conclude, the deliberate ways to which selected staff are frustrated on the basis of their perceive affiliation to a political class or family is just too unacceptable.

Good Team work, no job security and no career growth. average salary and easy travel point but it is good for learning and i suggestion to all the pvt. company better than contractual job in govt. department
