A very good company in terms of product, management and overall approach. Needs to offer more work life balance .

Nothing as such. But salary structure should be revised as it is comparatively less and work load is more.

Small team like a family here.. Each n every sirs and madams are so much frank to each other.. Freshers don't feel nervous here from the very first day..

Dislikes

Lack of coordination, lack of well planned actions and as a result unwanted reactions..I admitted earlier that all colleagues are friendly but there are exceptions everywhere.. A few were there holding their position as Asst. Mgr or Mgr in just 2-3 years of exp. and as a result they pretend themselves as the owner of the company and relentlessly harass service or project engineers.. That's the dark side of Service engineers.. Otherwise, this company is owned by Anshuman Agrawal sir, a man with golden heart.. So inspiring, so down to earth and so humble.. But as I said, he remains unaware about these crazy things happening there in the management.. Poorest management there I have to say..
