1) Learning opportunities are good here. Good for a fresher to learn and grow in the initial phase. 2) No Micro management 3) Team is supportive and friendly (depends on team to team) 4) Office infra is good although very limited choice in snacks in pantry

Compensation is very less Less leaves, only 9 in a year Freshers have to work on Saturdays for 6 months.

- Great for freshers will get chance to work on different technology - salary hike is also good base on your performance

- lot of pressure from management team - need to extend day base on project requirements, and sometime weekends also working

1. Really poor work life balance 2. Employees have to work late in the night and even on weekends 3. They put you in really uncomfortable situations. 4. No help and support provided from seniors or leads in the company. 5. Really bad in providing any perks from the company. 6. Managment is really bad.

Loyal employees who give more than 4 years of their life to company and made it possible for a company to have own >15000 sq feet office in ABZ building.

End of Mindstix Era! If by mistake you joined company, leave it ASAP. No work, only politics is in place now. Due to poor management many loyal and reliable employees lost their job at Mindstix. As per company, customer engagement is also a job of end developers. It doesn't matter if you spend 1 or 10 year with company, the day you are on bench you would be fired or micro-managed to a level that you will leave the company.
