Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...vironment and culture. There is a huge cefeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraiser are fair and they give good, salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and tha management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometime, I have to work 14-16hrs straight a day and have very fatigue to maintain too much data.

...e. I did many analysis and design related problems also solved by my analysis. Bt management is giving less salary and taking many work output over time working not allowing to home immediately .culture is not good here.

Working in team, everyone treats you equally despite your position in the company. Everyone has the oppurtunity to raise their voices and concern and it all been listen carefully. Organisation really considers us assets and provide us better opportunity for growth.
