Work and experience is good , Minda group is good but internal company management is very poor...

Staff and HR behavior not good for company roll and casual employee always compare like staff and associate.....always demotivate down level employee who have much more experience, no any growth chances.... Down level employee

Very worse. No system overall . No job security overall . Training is good but not in practice.

Worse. No job security. There is no opportunity to show our external skill and upgrade the system. Employee must have follow there decided culture . No freedom for work.
