...hey pick up projects from freelance websites and are running a business shop. 3. They pay very less salary and that too not on time, why are you paying on 7th of every month, you guys are scared that someone may leave early because of your harassing policies. 4. It is a jail for all employees, 9 am to 6 pm fixed, you can't go outside or use phone at all. Even if your work is complete you have to sit like a stupid. The lunchtime is not "1 pm to 2 pm" but "1:10 pm to 2 pm". That speaks a lot about the shit policies they follow in here. You are not going to acquire Google with "extra 10 minutes of productivity". 5. They have no work ethics, seniors are technically weak, incompetent and do not help juniors devs at all. Whenever asked for help, they make you feel stupid and say demeaning things. 6. Biggest red flag is that they have Saturday working and can also ask you to work on weekends or whenever required. No work from home, no health and other benefits. Just free work pressure, harassment and depression. 8. They force you to sign 2 years bond and make you work on the same salary for a year. Pls don't fall in this trap🙏. 9. Unprofessional, unethical people, they will make you beg and cry for your hard-earned salary, they are not humans. Too much micromanagement, CTO shouts at employees in front of everyone and treats them like a slave!!! 10. CTO, PM and senior HR, stop saying that you own a company, pls shut down your little shop and start doing something meaningful in your lives.

Mind roots technologies is an excellent platform to start up the carrier for beginners. The Team Leaders and team mates provides full support to junior employees. Also the H.R and M.D. of the company, both are very supportive and co-operative persons and their management related to growth and appraisal of every employee is also good and in favour of employees. I learnt very much in my carrier with mind roots technologies by working on various projects.

Although staff is co-operative but just some seniors don't want to help their juniors.
