On time salary Suggest only for fresher's. Not recommend for Engineers with ,5+ year experience

No respect for employees. Managers will speak like construction site and treat subordinates like labourer. If you are going to join design team - No Mobile is allowed inside. HR will inform you on date of joining. Without phone, they expect you to work from 8.15 am to 5:50 pm No proper guidance from managers Zero work life balance. No care for human we'll being. They expect engineers to work beyond office time Top management is difficult to deal with and changes policy oftentimes.

Salary is on time. Company is okay but there are some harmful characters in sales team

Sales DGM Ramana. he takes percentage kickback from his area dealers as comission . that's why he doesn't allow new sales people or dealers to train or learn his area, because they will identify this. CEO and some management also know this but they are spineless. hope atleast new company AGI identify this

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The work life balance is very good. Processes of admin are smooth (like salary coming on time etc)

Not enough interactions by Management. No solution approach. No career planning for employees. No proper infrastructure and no IT infrastructure. No transparency with middle management. Only one sided communication (top to bottom). etc, no team outings, no moral support, no soft skill training, Partiality between same tier of employees, favourism

The company is working on fabrication. I love the fact that I am part of team who working together and to make finish material. The company is making for rice mill product. We work happily in collaboration and also like the employee.

Dislikes

...s poor. Food quality is very bad. On night duty,there are no medical allowances. No increment in salary for parmanent employee also.
