A garbage company with garbage management.

Dislikes

They hire you, make you work day and night and terminate you without paying any salary. Even if they pay, they are paying it on the 3rd week of next month. I didn't even receive my salary here and got terminated for no reason. Beware of this fraud company.

The futuristic vision at Millipixels is outstanding. I amazed with the what's next thinking process. This place is awesome for passionate about their work either it's design or development. A great place to work.

Every organisation have some positive and negative aspects. But honestly those can be managed by adapting a few sync changes in ourself first. Nothing that should be that necessary to be posted on reviews :)

You get the opportunity to learn a lot from your mentors. The company genuinely promotes work-life balance. Management maintains transparency about the plans for the organisation and consistently encourages everyone, regardless of their position, to openly share their suggestions and ideas.

Where should I start the story from? - Incompetent CXOs - Self-proclaimed Champions - Just a bunch of narcissists and hypocrites. - Micro-Management - Turn back and they'll be standing just behind you. Of course, to slaughter. - No on-time Salary - Salary? You wish. 3. Hierarchy over skills - Yes, you're wrong! But only because you're some random employee and not a C-level. 4. Worst Work-life balance - 9PM, not your time to go to your home and meet your family. Be a good labourer and work till your breath lasts. 5. An unauthorized agreement, that you'll be asked to sign which pseudo-restricts you to publish anything negative about their brand. Join this, just to learn "How not to be a leader!" Wait a month more and find a better one out there.
