I had no worries regarding salary not being paid on time. I understand it is due to the reliable and efficient payroll system here at MAPL. Plus the compensation package is competitive and also there are opportunities for performance based incentives. It feels good to be valued and rewarded for your hard work.

Let me tell you a story, Suppose you are working at MAPL and you ask for a leave that I am not well so normally with every normal people what happens manager asks what has happened and all. Here people will start questioning about the project. They will call you continuously and bother you. Now a twist in the tale if you ask for a holiday from your reporting boss so that will not suffice you need to inform to the whole organization. You CANNOT TAKE ANY LEAVES FOR CONTINOUS 3 DAYS. Its a fault on your part. They office politics is at its peak. The old flocks of sub-standard old aged people sitting and being led by GS are not human or man. They do not treat people good. They will ask you leave if you ask for a support. Call you in the mid of night 9:00 PM to get the work done. They are just mannerless people. THEY HAVE 6 DAYS WORKING and THEY HAVE ONLY 4 ENTITLED LEAVES. You will not have holiday on 25th DECEMBER as well. THERE IS NO HR POLICY HERE.
