There are lots of things to like about miles, good colleague , ex manager was good ,incentive used to be good , now its changed so now incentive is hard to earn almost everyone is left. now competitors are far better .

i worked around 2 years in miles, it used be a good organisation but coz of wrong hiring by management and lack of knowledge in upper level i don’t recommend to join miles now also there is no life balance. incentive was very good now its very poor . my suggestion to miles start from zero. fire upper level

There is no opportunity to apply your experience, a traditional and stuck work outlook, favoritism, lack of professionalism, and a poor work environment. There is no job security, and they lie about role and benefits during the hiring process.
