The company offers work for 5 days a week which allows to work-life balance. The appraisal norms are as per market trends and that is the only growth while you work here as this company doesn't have a herarchy model of working here in Ahmedabad. Great colleagues from different backgrounds who share friendly and family kind of bonding. Job security is 100% if you are skillful and competent to your work. Some internal and external trainings are arranged by the company which are helpful to enhance the skillset.
