Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). ... organisation will not allow other people to grow if they got any opportunities. They will not provide proper certificate proper payslip proper salary .

Dislikes

Everything. The AO the principal will speak very harshly. They will not think how hard you have worked for this stupid organization and will not allow you to grow if you get any other opportunities.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...he government set the pay commission like us and below in 15k they till working. salary doc are prepared falsely as per inspection only. so no safety for staffs
