Product quality is very very poor. During covid situation salary deducted. No fix date of salary. DA TA deducted without explanation. After electrician meet deducted the amount. You have to bear the deducted amount. Very poor communication. No written communication only verbal communication. HR will black listed your mobile number if you ask any explanation. Will not fullfill any commitment after you crack the job from company.

System, salary schedule, expenses schedule, product quality, target distribution, distribution policy, nothing is good. Totally wastages of career.

...ery odd. In this company there is not any increament and HR policy is also fake. When I join this organization HR told me about PF but in my salary slip PF is not Maintioned. After discussion HR told me to give double salary in the end of year. But company Branch Manager leave me out of the company with out any Notice.And after 3 months to resign my position any one even HR side did not communicate with me for my full & final sattelment. For my side this company is a big brand but for management side it's very rude.

Company have extremely capable of spoiling career of employees. People with relations with upper management will have promotions and hikes.
