This company for a fresher they will providing good salary and job security and once experience in this company they will not provide any kind of increment and based on performance salary increment

It is good for fresher. I was in a cisco project and the management was terrible. Pay was less and no carrier growth.

Dislikes

Management is worst. Pay is very less and on top of that you won't get any support or help from your managers.

good training and nice place to learn technical things. Work environment is also good for freshers.

the salary structure, no much growth, they don't recognize hard-work. no appreciation. so good hikes in salary.

1)Call volume is less in EMEA & APAC shift 2)Team-leads are helpful 3)IJP are good 4)Good mangers and are approachable at anytime

1)You are under-paid for (worst pay scale ) 2)No proper boundaries for support processes 3)Notice period is too long 4)There no casually leaves (emergency leaves) for new hires

Dislikes

Bootlickers would get better opportunities. Salary or appraisals are poor. No quick response from the Management. Your perks could be taken off easily with their day to day changing game rules.
