Has fixed timings and decent Work-Life Balance.

Dislikes

Poor management, can replace anyone at the drop of the hat. Salary is not good, the company is stuck in the 90s with outdated infrastructure and lot of politics are there. Not a good place to have a career.

Ok sir you are asking personally so let me tell you that I have not been working in the Mgm group of companies for more than a long time I have done the work 7 month till the day as it was very enjoyable to work and lots more there is a lot of people to work there are few people to work there etc?

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
