New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Nothing to like.... wastege of time & knowledge...no job security they hire candidates on third party pay role ( Contract basis) overtime is must for all peoples ( 8hrs shift+ 4 hrs overtime)

...s talk behind you. Seniors are very dim always pressurized to juniors for work . They don't want to hire more persons becoz of salary . No canteen no other facilities . Very fustrating enviornment.

The product are very good and great feedback given by the doctor But company environment and the main point is that the salary structure are very poor i am working last 4 years to this company but know my salary is only 12k i am unhappy with my salary

Teammates and managers are good. We have travelled few places across India for meeting and award function purpose. Also we have Meyer council to solve any problem with administration. We work for 8 hours and monthly 2 Saturdays off along with Sunday. So we have enough time to spend with our family and friends.

Everything is ok but the salary and growth is less in comparison to other companies and our job profile. If the company will able to provide more funky package and yearly 1 foreign trip then it will be the best company to work as a Medical Representative.
